Method
- Chop the corn in half, & then stand it up on the flat side & cut length ways into 4 pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into a container (or bag) & then shake until all the corn is coated in the spices.
- Lay them out evenly in the air fryer (or oven) & bake for 12-15min on 190deg.
- They are ready when they are slightly brown.
Chili Mayo
- To make the chili mayo, mix some mayo & chilli sauce in & bowl.
Notes
NB: Please be extra careful when chopping the corn as you can easily slip & cut yourself. If you do not feel confident chopping the corn length ways, then just cut them into small circles. It will still taste just as delicious.
Best to use fresh corn. If you have to use frozen, make sure you thaw it first.
