I have two kids of my own, that love to help in the kitchen and love to eat an abundance of fruit and vegetables. I have a knack for sneaking extra vegetables into each meal that the kids will not even notice. And I want to show you all my sneaky tricks.

I can help you make your food bill cheaper by buying less meat, and by adding more fruit, vegetables, legumes and wholegrains to each meal. No, you do not have to eat vegetables but it is highly advised that you do. If not only for your own body, but as a demonstration for your kids. Your children will mimic what you do. If you live off fast food, they will too. So I highly recommend that you lead by example and let your children follow suit.

No of course not. Dads are more than welcome to join. I feel that they are just as important when it comes to feeding your children vegetable packed meals. Lets face it, some men are better cooks than the ladies (but you didn’t hear that from me).
